  1. hi - My client wants to change their domain extension from .co.uk to .com (to appeal to a more global audience). The actual domain name will otherwise be unchanged, and the page slugs will also remain as they are now. Does anyone have experience making this change and whether or not it had an impact on traffic from organic search? I presume it will but not sure how much. Any insight would be fantastic. Also - Squarespace will automatically redirect traffic from the old to new domain, so I'm presuming there are no 301 redirects to set up in this case, but if anyone can confirm - that would be awesome. Thanks!
  2. hi Paul - thanks for jumping in to clarify this. The tools and many SEOs do still flag it as an issue hence the confusion, but good to have final confirmation. I just did a quick google search also and found this short video from John Mueller at Google confirming exactly what you said: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rH-4w_0F1vM&list=PLKoqnv2vTMUPhLQ054sMg3vgzy9md9tWg&index=5. Case closed for me. đź‘Ť
  3. Also looking for a solution on this one. Or does anyone know how to raise issues like this with Squarespace?
