HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT

SQUARESPACE IS THE WORST!!!!  OUR DOMAIN WAS PURCHASED THROUGH GOOGLE AND SQAURESPACE AQUIRED ALL DOMAINS FROM THEM.  OUR SITE IS NOW DOWN, NO EMAIL AND WE CAN'T GET ANY SUPPORT FROM SQUARESPACE, THEIR SUPPORT IS PATHETIC!!  IF YOU'RE HERE YOU JUST MOVE TO ANOTHER SERVICE FOR IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE YOU'LL NEVER GET IT RESOLVED!!!

To all who post here having problems with website publishing, domain connection, SSL certification  etc: 

We are here to help and we can do that sooner if you would please post the following:

1. Domain address/URL  

2. Where is the domain hosted?  Squarespace? A  merged Google domain? Go Daddy etc?

3. Where is your website hosted?  This is now an important question due to Squarespace's purchase of Google Domains. 

4. Is your Squarespace or third-party site active and published? (under site settings on your Pages Panel make sure your site is activated and set for public viewing )

We need this information to find out the answer to your issue. We may not always be able to provide the solution but we shall certainly try to find it.
