Change Text Within Newsletter Name Field

Hi! I am working on a client site. They would like for the Newsletter input fields to read "Your Dog's Name" as opposed to "First Name". I already have some code that took away the "Last Name" field. Could anyone help me change the "First Name" to "Your Dog's Name"? Thank you!

@ZiggyThanks for the resource, I used all of the codes, replacing the block ID number, but did not see a change.
