URL is not on Google

I created my website on Squarespace and my domain is hosted with GoDaddy. I had to bid on the domain name and prior to my ownership it displaying a GoDaddy holding page for a few years. Google had indexed the holding page in 2020 and is now refusing to index the newly created Squarespace website/sitemap that the domain is currently connected to. I have requested re-indexing but nothing has changed. It's been over 3 months. Has anyone experienced this issue?

Also, just to note that Google had previously indexed http://brenkellytattoo.com/ but will not index https://brenkellytattoo.com/  with the SSL certificate installed.
