Changing the colour of a Single Portfolio's Title and Summary Block Question

Hi there, 

I am looking for a custom code to change all the titles in a single portfolio to this orange: #FF590C

Also, 

Is it possible for the Summary Block on the Homepage to choose a portoflio page rather than a blog page as a feature option?

#2. This is not possible, however Blog Page has a "Source URL" option when you add a blog post. So my ideal is

• Create blog page, add blog posts, then enter Portfolio Item Url in "Source URL" option
• On Homepage, add Summary Block, pull content from Blog Page, but when users click Blog Item >> It will redirect to Portfolio Item
