Can't proceed with previewing site when switching to 7.1

I'm upgrading my site from 7.0 to 7.1 and I've done this before so I thought this would go smooth. But, I end up being stuck when asked which page I want as my new start page. I can see my pages and choose one, but there is no way to confirm or proceed after that. 

Am I just missing something, or how do I proceed? This didn't happen when I updated my other site, so I'm a bit confused. 🙂

Start and home are the same page. You should see a home icon to the left of the home page under the website heading but not if you have that page selected. You can choose any page to be home in the settings for that  page. In your case, the mov file shows that the home page is down in the unlinked section of your site.
