desktop v mobile cart checkout issues

Hi, I can't work out why the cart and checkout experience is operating perfectly on desktop, but not on mobile devices. I have set up my fulfilment profiles to include in-store pickup and also express delivery. On desktop, this functions well, the user is charged a set delivery fee if they select this option, and it's free to pick up in store, however on mobile the delivery fee is charged automatically and only in-store is available as an option (i.e people are paying to collect!) - there are no options available to select delivery. Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks for the link. When I use it, I'm offered two checkouts, one through Squarespace and one through Bopple. Can you explain the steps needed for us to reproduce the issue, and provide a screenshot of the issue? What should I click and what should I see?
