ctg Posted February 2 Share Posted February 2 Hi, I can't work out why the cart and checkout experience is operating perfectly on desktop, but not on mobile devices. I have set up my fulfilment profiles to include in-store pickup and also express delivery. On desktop, this functions well, the user is charged a set delivery fee if they select this option, and it's free to pick up in store, however on mobile the delivery fee is charged automatically and only in-store is available as an option (i.e people are paying to collect!) - there are no options available to select delivery. Any help would be much appreciated! Link to comment

Can you explain the steps needed for us to reproduce the issue, and provide a screenshot of the issue? What should I click and what should I see? Alternatively you want to contact Squarespace Customer Support, ideally using live chat, as they'll have live access to your site.
