Custom Code from Raiser's Edge (Blackbaud) Loading Issue

Hi everyone,

We use a custom code from Raiser's Edge, a Blackbaud product, for a form submission solution on our website event pages, such as here

Notice how the form only appears above the RSVP button when refreshing the page. This is noticed on desktop and mobile.

What could be causing this? Is there a way to have this custom code form load on the initial visit?

Thank you for reading this.

This is probably because it takes a while for the logic of the third party's code to load.
Most people probably won't even notice it

Ajax Page Loading is causing this. Please see my explanation here: Why does Squarespace code only work on refresh?
