Comments not showing in Blog Posts - what is status of fix? Thread I found was 3 years old!

          I have found and reviewed all settings and recommendations listed here: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/205816108#toc-manage-comments and the previous support thread on this topic. Comments are on, at both the global and per-blog level.  I built an entirely new Blog page to test all settings and nothing I have done allows the comment box to be seen. The previous thread suggested this might be a browser-specific problem. Is there any update?

ouch! that is ugly, but it worked. Since we are inside a members area, I think it will be ok. Thank you so much for your help. I ended up disabling moderation as well, but that is to save effort on my part.
