jhale Posted December 9, 2023 Posted December 9, 2023 I have a warning in analytics that says: " Analytics is likely inaccurate due to disabled cookies." This has never appeared before, I checked and the cookies are set to on. I've been working on the site, but never touched the cookie settings. I've tried turning the cookie selection on and off, the warning still appears. Any ideas on what's happening? Thanks!

I checked and the cookies are set to on. Please provide a link to the site and, ideally, a screenshot of your cookie banner settings so we can take a look 🙂. The warning message is correct if you've selected the Opt-in & Out setting because, when cookies are disabled, the website cannot drop a cookie to track unique visitors (over a two year period) or drop a cookie to track visits (over a 30-minute browsing period). If your cookies are enabled then I encourage you to inform Squarespace directly by raising a ticket through Squarespace Customer Support. Did this help?
