Help with how to change SEO page titles

I want to delete the duplicate use of my website title on the SEO title description in blue on the screenshot, so that it just says ‘Bringing epic and moving brand stories to life - Creative Insights.’ 

What it says at the moment is, ‘Bringing epic and moving brand stories to life - Creative Insights Creative Insights’

Can anyone help? I’ve spent ages trying to figure it out myself, with no luck so far!
