Is it possible to setup a form so that a user can select who they wish to contact/email before filling it out?

I only want to have one 'contact us' page with one form. And if someone wants to contact marketing they can select it, or sales, etc. But the form will go to the correct corresponding email. Is this possible or can someone give me a nice workaround so there isn't multiple forms on one page.

Do I just have to make separate pages and link them under the nav?

Yes but it is not a built-in feature of SS.

For example it might be possible to have a select field on the form for who to contact. Then have Zapier (a for pay sevice) post process to direct the email to the desired person.

Google Sheets and Apps Script might be used as a no cost or low cost alternative.
