Embed block 3rd party registration displaying fine in editing mode, returns 404 when viewing site live

I have an embed block for 3rd party registration. Looks fine in editing mode see below. 

When I try to view on the live site, the page returns a 404 error. See below.

Just tested it on my SS site & it looks fine.

Do you use Embed Block or Code Block? If you are using Embed Block to embed this code, try changing it to Code Block
