adding code/javascript required for virtual queueing tech

Hi, does anyone have any experience of adding code-javascript that enables virtual queuing software and has it had any impact on other aspects of your site? We release our product in 'drops' at specific times and inevitably this overwhelms the servers so we have to find a better way of managing volume.

You shouldn't need queuing software on Squarespace because it has been built for high-traffic sites and can support significant amounts of traffic per site - in the millions of pageviews a day. 

Can you explain what issues you are seeing? Have you contacted squarespace about them?

Hi, thanks for responding but you didn't answer the direct question asked. The last time we had a release it crashed Squarespace. We have had a lot of back and forth with them regarding what the issue might have been but Squarespace have yet to give us any answers or solutions so we are finding our own through queuing software.
