Squarespace page no longer formatting embedded audio in-style with the site

We use embedded audio throughout our site for accessibility using Play.ht.  For years Squarespace has formatted the code so that it is in-style with the rest of the site.  Recently, the formatting is not applied to new audio added.

See image attached. The green audio at the top was just added and is not formatted like the black one below.

Any advice appreciated!

Adding a site-wide password does not allow anyone to alter your site. It only allows those with the password to see your site.

Technically SS isn't formatting anything. SS simply reads in what play.ht provides.

I suspect a setting has changed in your play.ht account or play.ht updated the default color of their player, perhaps as part of a branding change on their part.

The older color is probably hanging around as those older elements haven't been edited on play.ht or your site recently.
