Automatically Change Header Social Link for portfolio subpages

Hi All,

Following on from my last post 

I found that I was able to change the header link icon for all pages apart from the portfolio subpages (https://jamiecozier.com/portfolio/these-cities-loom)

Any help will be appreciated.

Add to Design > Custom CSS
