CalvinT
Hi, as part of my intake form questions while scheduling an appointment, I added a file upload option for customers to upload their resume. However, when I try booking a test appointment using incognito mode on Chrome, clicking the "Choose File" button does nothing. Only a small message appears that says "javascript:doFileUpload('13286556')" in the bottom left of my browser. Any fix for this? Link to comment
Barbara_Stuart
I'm having a similar issue, but my file upload page no longer has any options at all. It had been set up to include a form for contact info and description of client's needs, and a button to click to upload a file. Suddenly today there's nothing except a blurb about other ways to get their files to us. Any idea how to fix this? Link to comment
mwess
Same. I have an intake form that requires my customers to upload a file at the time of booking--a vaccination record for their dog. But I don't see that these files are being saved to the client list entry. Where is the file going? This is one of the main reasons I chose Acuity. Please help. Link to comment

The file that a client uploaded through an intake form is saved directly in the appointment. About me: I've been a SQSP User for 18 yrs. I was invited to join the Circle when it launched in 2016.
