Hi, as part of my intake form questions while scheduling an appointment, I added a file upload option for customers to upload their resume. However, when I try booking a test appointment using incognito mode on Chrome, clicking the "Choose File" button does nothing. Only a small message appears that says "javascript:doFileUpload('13286556')" in the bottom left of my browser. Any fix for this?

Hi everyone. I'm building a business where I want to have types of appointments on Scheduling to be gated by various tiers of subscription (i.e. A customer can only book a premium type of appointment if they are paying for a premium monthly subscription, a customer paying a basic subscription would not be able to book a premium appointment). Anyone know how to do this?? Appreciate your help.
