AdminDITP
Hello, I have set up an email automation that emails a customer when they purchase a specific product. The email is designed to have a link to a form for clients to fill out, and this is working just fine. The problem arises when a client with the same email address purchases another of the same product; it seems that the automation doesn't get resent in this case. Is there any way to turn that on or am I missing something? Thanks! Link to comment

If someone triggers the same automation twice within 30 days, they won't receive the automated message again. For example, if they purchase a product connected to an automation twice, they'll only receive the automation after the first purchase. Did this help?
