If you deleted the whole page, and it was less than 30 days ago, it should be in your trash can where you can click on restore. If it was just a block on the page, then its gone unfortunately.

I'll add that if it was a block as opposed to a page and the page has been online for a while, it may be possible to recover the text from a cached version of the page from a search engine like Google or Bing. Archive.org's wayback machine may also have gotten a snapshot at some point.
