HiTiger Posted January 18, 2023 Share Posted January 18, 2023 I've toggled to "on" for the option to show out of stock labels in my product variant drop-down menu but it's still not showing. When you click on the drop-down menu it shows all sizes and only gives you a "sold out" label after you've chosen the size variant. Link to comment

I wasn't able to check your site because you didn't provide a link to the page on your site, but I can confirm this feature is currently working on other sites. Here's an example: If you have performed basic troubleshooting (refreshed the page, checked that stock levels of some variants are zero) then please contact Squarespace Customer Care directly. montourlewis Posted February 28, 2023 Share Posted February 28, 2023 This wasn't working on my site either, but I just realized that it works if I don't have waitlists turned on.
