Following the link to contact Squarespace Customer Care only takes you to a page that directs you to suggested help topics with no option to contact Customer Care if those topics do not asssit. Not publishing responses to commonly experienced problems on a forum and Customer Care being difficult to contact is incredibly frustrating. Link to comment

When selecting variants, because some suggested options pop up on screen, it's not obvious that you need to type in the different variants you want at this point for them to save.
