I am also experiencing this problem. Following the link to contact Squarespace Customer Care only takes you to a page that directs you to suggested help topics with no option to contact Customer Care if those topics do not asssit. Not publishing responses to commonly experienced problems on a forum and Customer Care being difficult to contact is incredibly frustrating.
