Can text from the Line Field be incorporated in the submission email? I am interested in a user-friendly option that would verify acceptance of several terms and conditions.

Not sure if you've solved this ... When selecting variants, because some suggested options pop up on screen, it's not obvious that you need to type in the different variants you want at this point for them to save. Check out this video from 1:30:
