How to open a new tab with submit button?

Hello, I'm trying to have my redirect open in another tab when I select a state and click the "GO" button, I would like the redirect to open in a new tab instead of the current page.

You mean

Users choose a state from dropdown > Click Go > Open a correspond page?

@tuanphan Yes when the user hits the Go button it the page opens up in a new tab. Right now it opens up on the same page and I was wondering if its possible to have it open in a new tab instead.
