Parev00
Hi I was tasked with moving a web site for a non-profit from an old Wordpress site and getting it up and running on Squarespace. On the old site we had an interest form for prospective joiners/volunteers to fill out and it would send us an email. I was able to create a simple contact form that replicated the data from the old form with no problem in Squarespace. However: The Powers that Be want me to replicate the flow of the old form which was custom-built in PHP on the old site. First form How do you want us to contact you? Enter a phone number AND/OR Enter an email address After first submission we give them new choices Which location might be best for you? List of our locations, check boxes for multi-select After second submission we offer several other options for participation Multiple selections (You might be thinking this is an awful lot of trouble but we have data from the old site that the follow through on this design was much higher than the even older page where we had just one form that asked for everything at once.) So I was thinking that on the volunteer page, I would have the first form, and then the submit button would send an email to us with the contact info and then go to a second "unlinked" page with the second form, and then that submit button would likewise go to another "unlinked" page with the final form. I could probably do this easily in MIcrosoft forms or Jotforms, but I'd like to keep everything in Squarespace if possible. Appreciate any useful advice here. Thanks. Link to comment
Lian
I have the same question. Did you find a solution for this? Link to comment
sayreambrosio
As of right now native forms in Squarespace don't support conditions like that. You would have to use a third-party form and embed it on the site. Sayre (I'm supposed to be writing probably, but here I am 🤣) Link to comment
