Make a folder in a dropdown menu a clickable page

I would like the "Solutions" page to have a dropdown menu but to stay a clickable page with the current information on. So the solutions of creating a folder and then adding pages to it does not work here.

Is here any way to inject code to do it?

Currently, hover dropdown title >> show dropdown items

You want, click dropdown title (not hover) >> show dropdown items?

Me too.  Also is there any other way to create dropdown menus because Google search/seo doesn't work very well with folders?
