Insert points not appearing Squarespace 7.1

I cannot see the insert points on my site when editing. I choose a black section but no options for adding custom sections to the block appear. See attached image. 

I am using the most recent version of Chrome and I have cleared my cache and history.

Do you know how I can get these back again?

You are using Squarespace's newest editor, known as Fluid Engine. Unlike the previous editor (now known as the Classic editor) this version doesn't have insertion points.
