Fine tuning my custom css - gallery grid: simple - caption overlay

Hi all

i've successfully added some custom css to change my captions -  for my gallery page 'testimonials' - to overlay.

now id like to add a bit of padding, if thats the right phrase, to the caption text so it doesnt go right up to the sides of the box - even if that means reducing font size to then get it to fit..

is that poss?

Add to Design > Custom CSS

.gallery-caption-wrapper p {
    padding-right: 20px;
}
