Clickable Links on List Section Pictures

Hi Everyone- is there a way to make the picture itself a clickable link? I am using the list section as a way to display flyers, and don't want to use a button to distract from the design.

Any guidance would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Hi @Ziggy! Thanks for posting your tutorial. I have added the code to my footer (and have not yet hid the buttons with the links) but the images are still not clickable.

Hi @tuanphan-- yes this is "upcoming events" which will be a series of flyers

Yes @Ziggy -- the code is in my footer. So far, the images are still not clickable. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hello @AudeyTheConductor

The tutorial that @Ziggy posted was written by me 🙂. It was designed for list sections where all the list items appear at once and will work when the list items are not scrollable.

However, when the list items are scrollable (as they are on your website) Squarespace adds code to allow users to mouseover the items and swipe between them. This prevents the click option from being available because it would prevent users moving between them. There's a choice to be made between the two options - clickable images or scrollable images.

Thanks @paul2009 for the additional info. It's great code! I will let my client know the options. 
Hopefully SQSP can work this into one of their updates.
