How do I align text to the right of my slide show gallery that I used custom CSS to align to the left.

I am helping my friend with his acting portfolio site.  

I have a gallery slideshow that I have aligned to the left with custom CSS. How would I align text to the right of that using CSS?

The custom code I used to align the gallery to the left is. (as seen in the first image)

.gallery-slideshow-item img {
  left: 0 !important;}
 

I would ideally like to align the text like the second image. (The only issue with the second image is that the image is not a slideshow gallery but a still image )
