Portfolio Thumbnail captions in mobile

I have a Portfolio page set up as Grid:Overlay. The rollover captions on the thumbnails work great on a desktop browser, but on a mobile device there is no rollover and therefore no captions. Is there a way to make the captions static on mobile devices?

Add to Design > Custom CSS

Thank you! It works great for the phone (although I'm having a hard time finding the right selector to adjust the font size), but on an iPad the titles still don't show. It seems like the iPad shows the desktop site, but rollovers don't work of course.

Change 767px to 1024px
