Problem with the navigation links on my bilingual website

Hey, I'm making my moms website bilingual and need some help with getting the primary and secondary navigation links working properly. I've made the website bilingual in the way that you choose the language from a cover page to get in on the English or Swedish version of the website, and the language you have chosen should be the only language visible. Right now the rest of the website is working properly but not the navigation links, as both the Swedish and English copies are visible.

The tutorials I found online said to duplicate everything and use url-slugs with the language codes and then insert code in the code injection window. I have a few screenshots to display the code and how I have duplicated the navigation links, if anyone would help then it would be great. I've googled this problem and tried different ways to get it to work but they were to no avail.

As this your site is using a Brine-family template you'll need to disable Ajax Page Loading in Site Styles for this code to work properly.

Go to Design > Site Styles.

Scroll down to SITE: LOADING.

Uncheck Enable Ajax Loading.

For the detail behind this see Why does Squarespace code only work on refresh?

I unfortunately didn't find anything about Ajax Loading in the site styles section. What should I do?

The Site Styles panel is 'dynamic' with settings appearing and disappearing according to what you are viewing in the preview panel (on the right). Try viewing a different page and then opening the panel. If that doesn't work, get in touch with Customer Care.
