Has anyone had success embedding code in gallery pages 7.0 (not from YouTube, Vimeo, Animoto, or Wistia)?

Hello Everyone,

I am having the hardest time embedding a video code.  I wondered if only the only types that can be embedded are YouTube, Vimeo, Animoto, or Wistia.  Some places it eludes to other hosting sites CAN be embedded and then I see in one place it is restricted only to these hosting sites.

Just wondering if there is something more I can do that I am missing or is the video locked to only those particular hosting sites.

With 7.0 you are restricted to those video hosting sites.
