Header Border is blocking folder dropdown

Hi!

Currently the border I have is blocking my dropdown folder gallery. Any ideas on how to fix that so when you hover over "Gallery" and the drop down appears the border line is cutting right through it?

Hopefully the above code will pull the box to the foreground. 

@derricksrandomviews Thanks for the input! I added it to the css. Nothing changed! Any other suggestions? 

Does it matter where the border is coming from? On 7.1 its an option under header to add a border. I can maybe try removing that and adding it to a code instead? 

Worth a try. I was hoping the code would work for you. I had a similiar problem. My dropdowns where hidden behind the header border line. The code added color to the transparent dropdown box background with a drop shadow.
