How do I choose a blank template?

When i go to the link in Firefox, Safari, Chrome inmediatily just return me to the general template list. Can't access or choose the blank template, any ideas?

I had to skip a bunch of questions before I got to the creation part.

It seems the most efficient route may be your SS account.

Yes I tried this way, but again just take me back to templates pre designed.

For choose some templates you will need as your main language English, if u want to see the full collection you have to put in English as main language.

@mazmac unfortunately it still doesn't work....so not even for circle members there is the possibility to start with a blank template

Update:

I had my profile located in LA, so I changed to my original adress in Canada, so for Spanish users, doesn't work, but if you put your profile in English I finally got the blank template and others that in Spanish you can't access. Pretty bad for SQS for not put this options in Spanish too.
