The emails come from "form-submission@squarespace.info" to this email address. How can we change the form so the from email is address is that of the user who submits the contact form instead of "form-submission@squarespace.info". Why am I asking for this? Because when a user submits a contact, this arrives to an inbox that is read by Jira that creates a ticket. We want all our communication with this external communication to sent via Jira. Or better yet, is there a Jira integration/plugin that allows these to be created straight into Jira via API? Any help would be appreciated. Cheers, Alkaif. Link to comment

You cannot change the ‘from’ address, for example to match a customer's own email address. This is known as spoofing and it isn’t permitted. About me: I've been a SQSP User for 18 yrs.
