WhatsApp on squarespace sites

@tuanphan I could really use some help. I searched everywhere and the only thing I could find was "how to add a line on squarespace" 😞

Thanks! Tip for those of us that use the basic subscription and can't inject code: I found this free Get Button widget. You can see an example on my website. Go to your footer and insert an "Embed" block. Then go to "Code Snippet" and paste this code.

I just tested and it loads whatsapp in current window. Did you figure it out?

Right! I misunderstood, I thought there is an option to have a chat bubble within the website but I found out its a subscription based widget. I'll leave it at this for now.

Yes. This usually require to use a 3rd party widget/tool.

If you use my code, you can edit Site Footer > Add a Block > Choose Code > Then paste same code to Code Block
