Multiple options missing from Design section?

My Design section doesn't have color/font etc. under it as an option and I was wondering how I can access these features otherwise? I need to access color so I can change the colour of the text in my header. Sorry if this is a silly question, I haven't been able to find answers elsewhere - any help would be appreciated, thank you in advance!

Click Site Styles >> You will see Fonts, Color...option on right of screen.
