amritanan
Site URL: https://www.foxxfarm.com/ Hi, I have a client site with the Lodgify search bar embedded on the home page. I want to have the checkout happen on our website itself without redirecting to Lodgify. For this, I've created a new sub-domain with my domain provider (Google) and linked it to Lodgify, but I am getting an error there...has anyone done this before? Would appreciate some pointers. Thanks! Edited April 27, 2021 by amritanan Link to comment
FleurLoudStory
Hi Amritanan, I've stumbled upon your post while looking for a solution on a Lodgify problem I'm having. I'm not trying to maintain the checkout page on my own client's website like you, though I understand the need - I think the Lodgify checkout page design is just awful!! I don't know how to help you on this. I guess you've tried the help@lodgify.com desk... I was just wondering if you could tell me how you managed to integrate the widget code to make the search bar appear on the homepage. Actually I'd like to make it appear on another page but here would be fine. Can you help please? I just can't find the answer anywhere. Thanks a lot, Have a nice holiday, Fleur Link to comment

You can do this by copying your Lodgify search bar code and adding it to a Squarespace Code Block. Ensure you choose the HTML option and switch the Display Source toggle off. Notes: The Lodgify code is specific to you. Your Squarespace site must be on a Business Plan or above because Personal Plans don't support this. FleurLoudStory
Hi Paul2009, Thanks a lot for taking the time to answer! I just did as you said and the result is "Script disabled". Do you know what that means? Thanks Link to comment
FleurLoudStory
Hi again, Forget my question: the "Script disabled" message only appeared before I saved the whole page and watched at the online version. It know seems to work perfectly! https://www.lechemindesalpilles.com/ Thanks again for your valuable piece of advice! Link to comment
