Customising Order Confirmation page?

Hi there,

Is it possible to customise the order confirmation page?
 

I'm pretty sure it was available in 7.0 but I cant seem to find it on 7.1

How do I Customise my order confirmed page to say "Received" instead of "Confirmed"

It says THIS

Your order of £12.00 at The Reindeer has been received. We will confirm by email shortly at: (CUSTOMER's EMAIL)
