Bedford Template - Fixed Navigation Bar cuts off content on mobile

I am wondering if anyone can help with this. 

We are using the Bedford template, and applied the below CSS to make the navigation bar fixed.

However, now on mobile, the content at the top is cut off and under the navigation bar.

Hi.  You will need to set margin top for page content. Can you share site url? We can give code easier
