Instagram Blocks

Recommended Posts

Hi,

Whenever I update my Instagram, the content block on my website displays the photo I just posted as a black box with a white diagonal line through it.

I have tried re-connecting and resetting data, but it still does this.

Anyone else get this or know the fix?

Thanks,

Francesca

Hi guys,

I also had this issue! My website had a couple of Instagram accounts connected to it. I went on settings > connected accounts. I then disconnected the other Instagram accounts and reset the one I wanted. It managed to work! Hopefully this works for you too ❤️

I have also been having this issue with my 7.1 sites over the past 1-2 months. They constantly need a manual data reset and sometimes logging back into IG. Sometimes the feed stops and other times it continues, though shows a line through most of the images.

Hi Paul, thanks for replying. However I don't have permission to see your post.

The issue with Instagram blocks should now be fixed. If you're still seeing any missing posts, please go to your Connected Accounts in Settings and press "Reset Data."
