FDP Posted July 29, 2020 Posted July 29, 2020 Hi, Whenever I update my Instagram, the content block on my website displays the photo I just posted as a black box with a white diagonal line through it. I have tried re-connecting and resetting data, but it still does this. Anyone else get this or know the fix? Thanks, Francesca
brandmechanic Posted July 30, 2020 Posted July 30, 2020 bump Also having this issue repeatedly despite reconnecting and resetting data.

FDP Posted July 30, 2020 Author Posted July 30, 2020 Hi Paul, thanks for replying. However I don't have permission to see your post.
GC_ Posted July 31, 2020 Posted July 31, 2020 Hi guys, I also had this issue! My website had a couple of Instagram accounts connected to it. I went on settings > connected accounts. I then disconnected the other Instagram accounts and reset the one I wanted. It managed to work! Hopefully this works for you too ❤️
indy Posted August 2, 2020 Posted August 2, 2020 I have also been having this issue with my 7.1 sites over the past 1-2 months. They constantly need a manual data reset and sometimes logging back into IG. Sometimes the feed stops and other times it continues, though shows a line through most of the images.
