Gallery Page Won't Load under Index

Hello,

I'm having trouble with the gallery page in the following scenario. I created the following:

INDEX

- Blank Page (w/ minor content)

- Gallery Page (photos uploaded and published)

The content (text, map, link button etc.) all load and perform as expected. The gallery page does not appear when I scroll down and the uploaded pictures do no appear. It goes straight to the footer. 

What am I doing wrong?

It the gallery page inserted in the right spot? It has to be dragged into the index for it to show up on scroll. You might want to post a link to your site so folks here can take a look, easier to know why something doesn't work when we can see it.
