KIF
Site URL: https://kirstinfurber.com Hello - thanks for taking a look, I hope you can help me with this. I want to create a list-summary page containing a list of articles, a bit like a blog. But I want to be able to control and modify the order in which these articles appear on the summary page, not just have them list according to date of publication. How can I manage it so that the articles appear in the order *I want*, not the order they were published in? Many thanks in advance for any advice. Link to comment
derricksrandomviews
Simple, change the publication date so they show up in the order you want. I do it all the time. And I hide the date, but that is not necessary. Link to comment

Where do you edit it please? (I have zero programming/tech skills or experience). Link to comment
derricksrandomviews
I think you are using a Bedford family template? You go to config/pages/ blog/edit post. The panel comes up, and down at the bottom of that is the word PUBLISHED, with a date link. You click that link and a calendar comes up, just use that to change the date and save your change. The summary block where that post is will automatically update. I did this for the following page, I wrote the lessons in order over a few months. They published in the summary in reverse order then I changed the dates to get then to layout one to seven. https://myrandomviews.com/photography-lessons Link to comment
