Gallery - can't rearrange images or add descriptions

Seriously? It's been two YEARS and SS still hasn't bothered to fix this?

Also why in the name of godly creature would SS make the "order by name" go 1, 10, 11, 12... ...2,20,21,22,23.... ...3,30,31,32,33... I can understand some TV manufacturers being lazy about stuff like this when making their software, but SS that markets themselves for photographers and portfolio makers? No. This is frustrating and SS needs to step up their game. Stuff like this keeps popping up way too often nowadays. I wonder what is going on at the management level, is too much money being poured to marketing and not developing, or what the he🏒🏒 (oh, Emojis work! What a surprise!)

-One very disappointed and angry customer at this point.

I’m in the same boat as all of you. It’s so frustrating and incredibly pathetic that these issues haven't been resolved. Uploading 7 photos today took me over an hour! My home internet is extremely fast and Squarespace is the only website that gives me issues. Really testing my patience.

I have to use my laptop to upload photos because uploading photos via my iPad (which I would prefer to use) or iPhone take excruciatingly long. I also cannot rearrange my photos! Something that takes me seconds on other websites is seemingly impossible with Squarespace.

Are Squarespace administrators even reading this stuff? We need the photo and gallery issues resolved, please.
