csetty Posted March 31, 2020 Share Posted March 31, 2020 For the last couple of days, anytime I click done->save it get an error that reads "Couldn't Save Information. Try reloading the page. If the problem persists, contact us." The changes do save, but it forces me to reload the dashboard and go back in that way. It is super annoying. Link to comment

Here's what's most concerning about this; when i reported the issue and tried to troubleshoot it, the customer service rep straight up lied to me and said "we've not heard of this issue from any other users". It's literally on their forum and they are saying they've not heard of it? I've had this issue on 3 different devices - a MACbook pro, mac desktop, and a pc dell laptop. I've tried every browser possible. It will work for a little while, but then i'll run into this issue randomly. They tried to tell me that it's possibly becuase i had custom code (i had literally one line of custom code for smooth scroll class). I removed that. Then they said it may be becuase i've been working on the project for a while without saving. Well, i saved much more frequently and then had it happen anyway. I am down to a super stripped down version of firefox, no plugins, nothing going on, not using any other software on my computer and this is still happening. whosjfk 1 Link to comment
c_a Posted September 28, 2020 Share Posted September 28, 2020 I've been having this issue frequently in Firefox, and can replicate it in Chrome and Safari. When I try to save any changes, I get two errors, the page freezes, and I have to refresh the page. Everything saves, but it's not seamless. Contacting support was no help.
