ItsVictobeaSquare Posted January 24, 2020 Share Posted January 24, 2020 Hi, I'm using the Chatra chat widget (code injection) on my SS website, it works great on all pages except Checkout page (/checkout) - this is where I want it most to ask ppl to reach out if they are having trouble with the checkout process. Does anyone know what I can do to get it to work? Chatra support told me to ask Squarespace - a support person there told me to ask here... help?! Link to comment
