Adding Twitter hashtags to blog posts

When automatically sending a blog post to Twitter, is there any way to include hashtags? Pretty important feature for Twitter posts.

That's indeed possible. You can setup these hashtags in the "Share" tab of the post editor window:

I'm not sure I follow - the codes available on that tab are for title, author, and URL according to the help pop-up. I don't see anything about hashtags. Is there another set of codes that can be entered? Simply #subject or something? Thanks for your help.

So, any details on how to add other codes in the "share" tab, such as for twitter hashtags? The help page doesn't explain any of these.
