It shows beautifully on iPhone 8 and under but immediately goes to our mobile background image for iPhone X and higher. Sisygambis Posted February 27, 2020 Share Posted February 27, 2020 Hello, We are having that same problem, our background video on the front page uploaded on Youtube (weight 70mb) does not load either on CPU (google, firefox, IE, Safari) or mobile phones, tablets... it appears like working on the Squarespace preview but it does not load on the final website. Lauriepeters Posted February 29, 2020 Share Posted February 29, 2020 I have the same issue with new iPhones - My client isn’t happy that he cannot now view what he was sold prior to publishing the square space site. Prior to publishing, square space gave the impression that videos would be viewable when this isn’t the case. I don’t know if squarespace tend to fix this bug? By the look of the activity in here I doubt any solution any time soon....In the meantime I’ll recommend other products until they fix these problems. Link to comment
